Are they struggling when it comes to processing feelings?

  • You have an amazing group of students, but realize it's not always sunshine and roses. You want to make a bigger impact in your classroom.

  • Every day you reassure young folks that it’s going to be ok, but still feel like you're missing the bigger picture and want to give them the life skills needed to feel better about themselves (and the world around them).

  • You’re able to manage most situations, but you want to learn how to be more relatable and inspire youth to practice self-care and positive self-talk.

  • You have some experience talking about tough subjects, but they could use clearly-defined objectives and easy-to-implement steps so that everyone feels comfortable and understood.

Do the youth in your community feel confused, unrelatable, not good enough, and afraid to ask for help?

true or false?

Help create lasting positive, healthy relationships and safer school environments for all students.

Learn how to set realistic goals and give yourself grace as we hold each other to a higher standard.

Discover engaging and interactive ways to embrace our differences and the world around us.

One Beliefs CEO spoke at our annual event where she educated our audience on Mental Health Awareness. She was very calm, informative and confident. We all gained so much knowledge. We appreciate the work this organization is doing. We highly recommend this organization for any of your needs.

One Belief is committed to serving the youth of today, so that we can all have a better tomorrow.

WE LOVE TO SERVE YOU

I am also an entrepreneur, mentor, a Certified Mental Health First Aid USA Responder and have certifications in bully presentation and conflict resolution.

And most importantly, I am an advocate of mental health awareness that leads to a positive lifestyle.

For me, it’s about more than just helping people feel better—it’s about making them feel like they are understood and heard.

In my work (and life), I've found that I am able to relate with children by sharing from my past experiences. Together, we can connect the dots and find solutions for their current situation and encounters.

Over the past 10 years, I have worked with children in the classroom as an educator for the State of Texas.
